Mario's latest adventure features a robust snapshot mode that fans the world over have been diving into enthusiastically! Enjoy this carefully curated collection of snapshots! If you'd like to be featured in a future collection of Nintendo Switch captures, feel free to contact the author at [email protected].

10. Frog Mario Basks In The Bonneton Moonlight

It seemed fitting that the first entry be of both the first Kingdom you visit as well as the first capture form you acquire!

9. Bonneton - At Adventure's End

Bonneton (and presumably the Cap Kingdom at large!) is monochrome already, but I find it really suits the black & white filter in Snapshot Mode. Mario seems wistful after the conclusion of the game's story in this photo, though I won't explain why if you haven't played yet!

8. Pauline In The Rain

I feel like the silhouette filter was included specifically for the Metro Kingdom, because they certainly create some stunning snapshots used in conjunction. This is the first in a series of three!

7. A Long Overdue Reunion

After helping with the cities' more immediate woes, Mario awkwardly greets an old flame. This is the second in a series of three!

6. Doubt By The Fog

This is the best snapshot I've managed with the silhouette filter! This is the third of a three part set. I'd love to see your silhouette snapshots!

5. Advanced Wedding Crashing

Mario considers the great blue marble he hails from en route to ruining Bowser's sham wedding.

4. "Marvio"

"The night's as hot as hell. It's a lousy room in a lousy part of a lousy town - I'm staring at a goddess. She's telling me she wants me. I'm not going to waste one more minute wondering how I've gotten this lucky. She smells like angels ought to smell, the perfect woman... the Princess. Peach. She says her name is Peach."

3. We All Jump Down Here

Mario wants to help cure your coulrophobia. That's the word for the instinctual fear of clowns that all rational people feel.

2. Don't Move And They Can't See You

That's true, right? I think I heard it in a movie once.

1. Myth Busted

You know what they say about believing everything you hear on TV...
