Finding Your Happy Place
I once did an exercise in my performing arts class. It was a small class, only about twenty people. We were instructed to lay down on our backs, on any part of the stage we could find—separate from one another. We had to close our eyes, breathe deep, and focus on our minds.

Dear Anxiety, Why?
General, social, even obsessive compulsive—of all things our brains could’ve created, of all things we could’ve become. Anxiety is something I myself have been dealing with since I was about 7-years-old. It started with every little noise I’d hear in the house, so paranoid it was a ghost or somebody breaking in. Granted, watching creepy videos on YouTube didn’t help. Speaking of which, the earliest experience I can recall was exactly when I was 7, not just an estimate to fill information.

For People Like Me
This is for everyone and anyone who has found it difficult to show or even handle true emotion. People who have discovered that they are incapable of loving another being, or handling with care as they should. For people who have run away from love as if it were the devil himself.
