I'm just one of many fans preparing for the launch of the PlayStation 4 Pro. We're getting ready for all of the things that come with it, including better graphics, better performance, and even a much better wireless network chip. However, we're also ready to see our favorite games optimized to truly show off the power of this generation of consoles.

For those of you with a 4K TV, you'll get to see one of the most beautiful experiences available to you with HDR enabled. Ahead of the launch of the new console, our friends at Sony Interactive have given us a list of games being brought to life with the PS4Pro. So what games can you expect to see upgraded?

Lets take a look at only a few of the games that will be getting the 4K treatment and performance upgrades out of the most recent releases:

  • Battlefield 1
  • Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare
  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered
  • Deus Ex: Mankind Divided
  • Driveclub VR
  • EA Sports FIFA 17
  • Hitman
  • Killing Floor 2
  • Mafia III
  • NBA 2K17
  • Paragon
  • PlayStation VR Worlds
  • RIGS Mechanized Combat League
  • Rise Of The Tomb Raider
  • Smite
  • The Elders Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited
  • The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition
  • Titanfall 2
  • Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End
  • Until Dawn: Rush of Blood
  • XCOM 2

While the list of most recent games is huge, there are several older games getting this HD treatment that'll make the PS4 Pro all the more worth it. Sadly, it seems the 1TB HDD will be filled up rather quickly for those of us grabbing one. Oddly we don't see games such as DOOM, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Collection, or even games such as Dying Light getting a remarkable 4K treatment.

But, if you want to experience older games such as The Last of UsRemastered, Infamous Second Son/Last Light you'll be able play through them starting next Tuesday.
